It’s been around 3 months since I’ve been at my lowest weight and during that time I have fluctuated from 54kg up to 59kg down to 55kg up to 58kg which is approximately where I am now.
Now it’s time for change. During these past few months many things have changed. I began to focus on other things besides weight loss such as my grandfather’s death, going out and my boyfriend which lead to me starting to eat normally again though as I moved through holidays my weight began to increase and then in the middle of the school term it would decrease but now that I’ve come to the end of my holidays, it’s increased and this time I want to do something about it.
This time I am not going to use extreme calorie deprevation as a quick fix. I am going to do it as healthily as possible for long term results. I want to become as healthy as possible and to present a healthier looking me.
My new goal is to get down to around 52kg by December this year.
This time I promise not to give up, I am going to keep going until I get to my goal and keep doing the things which make happy without mistreating my body through either over or under eating.
